How Does Revenue Share Work?
Imagine earning income not just from your own transactions but from the success of agents you attract to eXp Realty. This is the power of eXp’s revenue share model—a system designed to help you build passive income and long-term wealth while you focus on growing your business.
Here’s how it works:
When you partner with eXp Realty, you have the opportunity to sponsor other agents into the company. Every time one of your sponsored agents closes a deal, you earn a percentage of the commission they generate. But it doesn’t stop there. As your sponsored agents bring in their own recruits bring in their own recruits, you unlock additional tiers of revenue share. This creates a cascading effect, where you’re earning from not just your direct recruits but also from the agents they sponsor, and so on—up to seven levels deep.
Here’s why this matters:
Predictable Passive Income: Unlike traditional brokerages, where your income is tied solely to your own production, eXp’s revenue share model allows you to create a recurring income stream that grows as your network grows. No Limits: There’s no cap on how much you can earn through revenue share. The more agents you attract and support, the more your income potential expands.Aligned Incentives: Because your earnings are tied to the success of your team, you’re incentivized to help your recruits thrive. Example Scenario: Let’s say you sponsor five agents, and each of them closes $100,000 in gross commission income in gross commission income annually.
